Cancellation Policy

1. A refund of 70% of the deposit will be made in case of cancellations received more than 21 days prior to arrival.

2. The refund policy is applicable only for certain rates and special offers as indicated

 

Hotel Terms & Conditions:

1) For arrivals at the hotel prior to 0700, the reservation needs to be made and held from the previous night.

2) Rooms will be held upto 1800 hours on the day of arrival.

3) The credit card guarantee will ensure that your reservation is held on a definite basis, up to your actual time of check-in, on the day of reservation.

4) Check out time is 12 noon. For late checkout, a request may be made to the hotel. This is subject to availability.

5) Prices are subject to change without notice.

6) Any increase in government levies will be extra.

7 ) No charge for children under 12 occupying the same room without an extra bed
